We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, your Dino Hugs will arrive within 5–8 business days for standard US shipping.

You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships so you can follow your Dino every step of the way. 🦕

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your ship date, please contact us and we'll investigate right away. We're committed to making sure every Dino Hugs finds its home.

We currently ship within the United States only. Free standard shipping on orders over $50.
