Refund policy

We want you to love your Dino Hugs. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Items that show signs of heavy use or damage may not be eligible for a full refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
